1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the MintNova website (mintnova.com), purchasing our hardware, or subscribing to our background music services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services MintNova provides commercial background music solutions, including:

  • Music Streaming Subscriptions: Facilitated through our partners (e.g., Soundtrack Your Brand).

  • Hardware: Sale and configuration of the MintNova Player (media player hardware).

  • Installation & Support: Technical assistance for setting up your audio environment.

3. Commercial Music Licensing

  • Authorized Use: Our services are intended solely for commercial business use (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, offices) and not for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Licensing Compliance: You acknowledge that the music content is provided through third-party partners. You agree to use the service strictly in accordance with the specific licensing terms of the subscription plan you select. Unauthorized broadcasting, copying, or redistribution of the music is strictly prohibited.

4. Hardware Purchases (MintNova Player)

  • Ordering: Orders for the MintNova Player are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Warranty: We provide a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, otherwise, hardware is provided "as is" except as required by Jordanian consumer protection laws.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only for defective hardware within 7 days of receipt.

5. User Accounts & Security

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MintNova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions: Recurring subscription fees for music services are billed in advance on a Monthly or Annual basis.

  • Hardware: Payment for hardware and installation must be made in full prior to delivery or as agreed in your specific invoice.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend your service if payments are not received by the due date.

7. Intellectual Property

  • MintNova Rights: The MintNova name, logo (including the distinct star design), and website content are the intellectual property of MintNova Advertising Co. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

  • Third-Party Rights: All music, album art, and related metadata are the property of their respective owners and licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MintNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or hardware. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amman.
